在UFO GO！裡玩家要操控著一台幽浮漫遊在宇宙中，一路上會有許多的障礙出現在玩家面前阻擋去路，玩家要想辦法在道具的幫助下閃躲或清除阻礙來繼續向宇宙的深處前進。面對以上的重重阻礙，玩家可以靠著路上出現的各種道具來度過難關，受傷了可以補血，沒電了可以充電（是的，幽浮活動是需要電力的，要注意電量喔!），還有加速、鑽頭與護盾等等道具可以使用。不過就算如此，要是萬一出現了更加可怕的危機時玩家又該如何應付呢……
